Fruit Salad Parfaits

  • 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 3 cups sliced fruit (strawberries, pineapple, banana)
  • ½ cup low fat granola cereal
  • ⅓ cup strawberry jam or raspberry jam
  1. Combine strawberry jam with fruit in medium bowl.
  2. Evenly spoon Vanilla Ice Cream into 4 parfait glasses.
  3. Evenly top with fruit, then granola. Garnish, if desired, with mint.
