Strawberry-Rhubarb Smoothie

Enjoy this delicious smoothie year-round by using frozen strawberries and rhubarb.

Strawberry-Rhubarb Smoothie
Serves: 2-3
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen unsweetened sliced rhubarb
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. honey
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla
  • Fresh strawberries (optional)
  1. In blender, combine yogurt, milk, frozen strawberries, rhubarb, honey and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth.
  2. If desired, garnish each serving with fresh strawberries
