Tango Mango Smoothie
Serves: 6
  • 1 12-oz. can mango, peach, apricot, or other fruit nectar, chilled
  • 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 2 medium bananas, cut into chunks
  • ⅔ cup cut-up mango, chilled
  • 1 Tbsp. honey (optional)
  • Cut-up fresh fruit (such as banana, mango, and/or peeled kiwi) (optional)
  1. In blender, combine fruit nectar and yogurt; add banana, mango, and if desired, honey. Cover and blend until smooth.
  2. If desired, garnish each serving with fresh fruit threaded onto skewer
