Tango Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 12- oz. can mango peach, apricot, or other fruit nectar, chilled
  • 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 2 medium bananas cut into chunks
  • 2/3 cup cut-up mango chilled
  • 1 Tbsp. honey optional
  • Cut-up fresh fruit such as banana, mango, and/or peeled kiwi (optional)

Instructions

  1. In blender, combine fruit nectar and yogurt; add banana, mango, and if desired, honey. Cover and blend until smooth.
  2. If desired, garnish each serving with fresh fruit threaded onto skewer
