Tango Mango Smoothie
peach, apricot, or other fruit nectar, chilled
plain fat-free yogurt
cut into chunks
Cut-up fresh fruit
such as banana, mango, and/or peeled kiwi (optional)
In blender, combine fruit nectar and yogurt; add banana, mango, and if desired, honey. Cover and blend until smooth.
If desired, garnish each serving with fresh fruit threaded onto skewer
